The latest addition to the UW-Stevens Point campus was celebrated at a groundbreaking ceremony last week. The new UWSP Science Building is "more than just a science building," according to College of Letters and Science dean Christopher Cirmo, who added at will serve as a central hub of campus activity. The $75 million project will result in a research-focused building to house chemistry and biology labs, classrooms and lecture halls.
