Prototype Hackathon to Bring Product Ideas to Life

On August 8th and 9th, students at UW-Platteville will have the opportunity to take part in the campus' first Prototype Hackathon. With an aim of helping students bring their ideas to life, WiSys Student Ambassadors Josh Dust and Josh Inglett organized the event in partnership with UW-Platteville's Entrepreneurship program and College and Engineering, Mathematics and Science, WiSys and the Platteville Regional Chamber. In addition to the $1,000 prize, courtesy of the Platteville Regional Chamber, WiSys will accept the winning project into its portfolio for intellectual property protection. Students can register here through March 29th.
