Gina Polito Jahn

WiSys Staff | Manager of Research Development

Gina Polito Jahn is the Manager of Research Development. She works closely with participating UW system schools including UW-Eau Claire, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Parkside, UW-Platteville, UW-River Falls, UW-Stout, and UW-Superior. Her role at WiSys is to enhance faculty, staff and student success in obtaining external funding for research and service activities. Jahn’s expertise ranges from finding funding opportunities and reviewing proposal elements to facilitating collaborations and providing professional development related to grant seeking. Gina has over 20 years of experience in higher education including nine years in research administration at Northern Illinois University and 12 years as a biology and environmental science instructor at Rock Valley College.
