On October 20th family, friends, and colleagues of the former UW-Baraboo/Sauk County dean, Thomas Pleger, gathered to honor and revere the deeply esteemed dean. After a $5 million addition was made to the science building, which Pleger espoused, the university found it only proper to rename the building after the beloved former campus leader. 

The UW-Baraboo/Sauk County community was encouraged to attend the ceremony and celebrate the brilliant life of Thomas Pleger on Friday. The university thanks the UW System for approving and supporting the building dedication.
