SBA Small Business Innovation National Road Tour coming to Wisconsin

The SBIR Road Tour will give small businesses in Wisconsin the coveted opportunity to learn more about America's largest seed fund for research and development when it makes a stop in the state on July 18. Part of the U.S. Small Business Administration's 11-state, 15-city road tour, this stop will allow entrepreneurs and small technology firms to connect directly with federal program managers.

The SBA is dedicated to supporting America's entrepreneurs, and the SBIR tour helps to ensure innovators are aware of the resources available to them. Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs are responsible for $2.5 billion annually in non-dilutive funding.

The Wisconsin stop of the SBIR Road Tour will be in Madison, from 8am to 4pm on July 18 at the Park Hotel on the Capitol Square.

The cost for attending the event is $35 ($25 for students.)
