UW System funds 11 faculty projects through Applied Research grant programs

Every year, WiSys collaborates with UW System Administration to offer two faculty grant programs geared toward applied research: the Applied Research Grant (ARG) and the Applied Research-WiSys Technology Grant (AR-WiTAG). This year, 11 projects were funded, totaling more than $450,000.

2017-18 WiSys Ambassador class hosts innovative events across the state

Upon leaving the annual WiSys Ambassador orientation and training in August, members of the 2017-18 ambassador class were already brainstorming creative new ways to inspire innovation across the UW System comprehensive campuses. One semester later, many of their ideas have come to fruition, from new student organizations to special campus events.
