David J. Ward

David J. Ward is the CEO of NorthStar Consulting, Inc., a Sturgeon Bay-based consulting firm he established in 2000. He recently served as Interim Senior Vice President for Academic & Student Affairs, UW System (2014-2016) and UW Oshkosh from 1989-90. He is a former senior vice president with the UW System (1994-2000) and also served as interim chancellor at UW-Green Bay from 2008-09. Ward was elected to the WiSys Board in June of 2010 and was elected Board Chair in November 2013.
