Digging for the win: UW-River Falls students reap top honors at national competition

At the annual Students of Agronomy, Soils and Environmental Sciences conference this October, a group of students from UW-River Falls competed in and won high honors in a field of more than 300 participants. Specifically, Cody Guenther, president of the UW-River Falls Crops and Soils Club presented on their Share the Harvest community service activity back in Wisconsin and took 3rd place. 

The annual SASES student conference gives students the opportunity to experience high stake competitions and pushes them to develop and refine their advancements in the field of agriculture.
