Encouraging faculty & staff to utilize their expertise and apply their scholarship to support economic development in Wisconsin
UW System Administration (UWSA), in collaboration with WiSys, is offering two research grant programs to UW faculty: the Applied Research Grant (ARG) and a combined Applied Research Grant-WiSys Technology Advancement Grant (ARG-WiTAG). ARG is offered as a one-year program for all disciplines on all campuses. ARG-WiTAG is for up to three years funding in science and technology fields only. ARG-WiTAG grants are not available for UW-Madison or UW-Milwaukee researchers. However, Madison or Milwaukee faculty may collaborate on ARG-WiTAG grant proposals submitted by other UW campuses.
