March 9, 2009 at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls was the site of the Tissue and Cellular Innovation Center (TCIC) Opening Event and Symposium. This roll-out event included a symposium featuring posters and oral presentations from interested parties and collaborating partners. The keynote address for this event was given by the Wisconsin Secretary of Commerce, Dick J. Leinenkugel.
